THE MATCH PREDICTION Sweden - Russia 20.11 20:45

Away or draw (Х2)

Sweden and Russia play their last match in frames of the UEFA Nations League at Friends Arena in Stockholm. Their first H2H meeting ended with a goalless draw. Nowadays both sides have a chance to be promoted to the Division A. Who will win in the rematch?

The Swedish national football team reached the quarterfinal stage of the World Cup 2018. Nowadays Tre Krunup played five games including three in the UEFA Nations League. Firstly, the Swedes could not keep a winning advantage over the Turks in their opener. Hakan Calhanoglu from Turkey made 2:1 in the 51-st. Emre Akbaba made his double and provided Turkey with a win. Their next game with Russia ended with a goalless draw. Both sides made three shots on goal.

Last week Janne Andersson’s squad played the rematch against Turkey at Yeni Eskişehir Stadyumu. The Scandinavians won at away thanks to the penalty kick successfully realized by the Swedish veteran Andreas Granqvist. The hosts could not response within 90 minutes. Thus, Sweden earned four points with the following goal ratio 3:3.

Russia are the World Cup’s quarterfinalist too. In the Autumn Stanislav Cherchesov’s men played five games including three in the Nations League. Actually the Russians lead the trio with seven points. They beat the Turks both, home and away. Denis Cheryshev and Artyom Dzyuba have scored at Senol Gunes Stadium in Trabzon. Roman Neustadter and Denis Cheryshev again have scored at Fisht Olympic Stadium in Sochi. The guests have four goals for and one goal against.

Last week the Russian national football team lost for the first time since June 25. It means in the normal time. Joachim Low’s Mannschaft crushed them with a huge score 3:0.

It’s time for the final match in League B, Group 2 of the UEFA Nations League. The situation for a now-safe Sweden is simply ‘win or bust’, as only a victory for Janne Andersson’s men will be enough to see them promoted to League A at Russia’s expense. In spite of the absence of many key players the Russian side can play for a draw to keep the first position. We believe the leader will not lose tonight. We recommend to bet on the away team’s double chance with a nice coefficient of 1.86
